Our firm has a successful Personal Injury practice in various major cities throughout the United States.
Our firm must comply with the state rules for all states in which we practice. Many states, such as Pennsylvania, do not allow attorneys to publish settlements and verdicts.
These rules in some states, that prohibit attorneys from publishing settlements and verdicts, recognize that the liability and damages issues are unique to your case. Hence, to infer that because some clients of our firm received large settlements and verdicts, that you also will receive a similar settlement or verdict is misleading.
Accordingly, many states require that lawyers advise their clients that past performance for clients is no guarantee of future results. Individual recoveries always vary. Accordingly, we do not publish our settlements and verdicts in states where the bar association frowns upon, discourages or otherwise prohibits such publication. We can say, however, that our firm has been quite successful over the last approximate two decades because we do our utmost for every client. We promise that we will continue to do our utmost to obtain a fair settlement or jury verdict for you.
Approximately 90% of our cases settle to the full satisfaction of our clients; and we anticipate that your case will settle as well to your full satisfaction. We will not stop in our settlement efforts until you are fully satisfied or until a jury verdict is ultimately obtained.
