• Litigated insurance contract coverage issues such as; intentional infliction of personal injury exclusion, fraud in the creation of an insurance contract, and permissive use in automobile insurance.
• Completed approximately 100 trials to a conclusion, before a jury - including: personal injury, civil, and commercial matters.
• Superior knowledge of Arizona Trial Rules such as; rules of Civil Procedure, Rules of Appellate Procedure, and Rules of Evidence.
• Litigated product liability cases involving the design and manufacture of tires, automobiles, 18 wheel tractor trailers, and other small appliances.
• Superior knowledge of Personal Injury law and the Arizona Superior Court System including; the Maricopa County Superior Court Trial Judges and both Plaintiff’s and Defense Bar.
