Mr. Oberg is a powerful and experienced attorney representing clients in the Dallas area for over 20 years. His legal work has been devoted exclusively to personal injury litigation.

He is the former president of the Mesquite, Texas, Bar Association. He was the president of the Mesquite Bar Association from 2002-2003.

Since 1995, Mr. Oberg has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by fewer than 3% of all Texas lawyers.

Mr. Oberg graduated from the University of Nebraska’s law school where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1987.  After graduation from law school, Oberg first worked for a noted downtown Dallas insurance defense law firm, handling litigation matters for insurance companies.

Mr. Oberg then decided to dedicate his career to help in injured people. He was hired to supervise litigation for a major personal injury firm in Dallas, trying many cases to verdict, and settling millions of dollars of claims and lawsuits.  He supervised a staff of several associate attorneys.
