Retain Us

You may retain our firm in four different ways:

1. We prefer to have our Senior Partner meet you in person at our office. We will see you at your earliest convenience. Our office locations, and directions, are located in our web site for your particular state as follows:

• Colorado
• Florida
• Nebraska
• Nevada
• Pennsylvania
• Texas

2. Or, we will meet you at your home or other location more convenient for you; or
3. We will e-mail you our standard retainer agreement, and conduct the initial interview by phone; or, finally,
4. We will mail or fax you our standard retainer agreement, and then conduct the initial interview by phone at a time and place convenient for you.

On the same day that you retain our firm, we will schedule file reviews by phone every 60 days with the local Senior Partner responsible to manage your case.

By scheduling these file reviews, we will be able to keep you fully informed of our progress in handing your case all the way up to the time of settlement.

If you wish, for your convenience, we will have the local, Senior Partner meet with you in person every 60 days to review your file at our office that is located in or very close to the city or county where you reside or work.

We will treat you with respect, courtesy and compassion. We will explain every aspect of your case and will act only in your best interests.
