• Kenneth Sherman v. Robert Lebewohl. Represented a man who was severely injured in a mid-air collision. The case settled without trial.
• Avis L. Crane, Administratrix v. Jeffrey Walcott, et al. Represented a man burned over 86% of his body after a crash that occurred during flight instruction. The case settled without trial.
• Laurent Frutin v. Aviation East, Inc. et al. In this case Mr. Frutin lost his leg in a mid-air collision. The case settled without trial.
• Joao Jose Freitas, et al. v. Aircraft Equipment Company, et al. v. United States of America. Represented the FBO against for negligent entrustment of an aircraft after three people died in a plane crash. The case was tried resulting in a favorable verdict for our client.
• Maude Robinson, et al. v. Flight Center, Inc., et al. Represented the FBO in an action brought by the estates of three who died in a crash. The case settled without trial.
• Daniel Leal v. King Services of Aviation, Inc. et al. Represented the FBO and its instructor when a student sued for severe personal injuries. The case was settled without trial.
• Lynne M. O’Riorden v. Vector Aircraft Corp. et al. The estate of a man killed in a plane crash sued for wrongful death. Represented the owner of the aircraft. The case settled without trial.
• N.R.A.A.. Inc., James Orme, Robert Feuersanger and Alfred Feuersanger v. Windham Aircraft, Inc., Windham Aircraft Engines, Inc., City Engines, Inc. and Consolidated Fuel Systems, Inc. Represented one of the defendants in a negligence action. The case settled without trial.
• Thomas Sullivan v. Beverly Flight Center, Inc., Represented the FBO in a claim brought against it. The case settled without trial.
• Tremalle Clarke v. Mass. Port Authority and U.S. Air. Represented Ms. Clarke in claims against both defendants. The case settled without trial.
