Jimmy David Vigil, Esq. is a hard working and aggressive attorney, dedicated to providing you with the solid representation you deserve.

Mr. Vigil’s legal experience began even before he attended law school. While studying at Humboldt State University, Mr. Vigil interned at the Humboldt County Public Defender’s Office. Upon graduation, he worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for a year as a Legal Assistant at a civil litigation firm.

Mr. Vigil then moved to San Diego, where he attended California Western School of Law. During law school he worked as a Law Clerk for an insurance defense firm and a business litigation firm. In his final year in law school he also participated in the Bail Project–a joint venture between California Western School of Law and the San Diego Public Defender’s Office.

After graduating from Law School, Mr. Vigil volunteered at the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office. After passing the California State Bar he worked at a civil rights and personal injury law firm in Berkeley, CA and served on the City of Livermore’s Environment and Energy Committee–an advisory board to the City Council.

Mr. Vigil then moved to Colorado and continued his legal career at William Muhr, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, LLP in October 2009. He is licensed to practice law in all Colorado courts and the 10th Circuit Federal District Court, in Denver.
