Other Recent Auto Accident Settlements Reached

Our client was injured in an automobile accident.  She had had prior knee surgery.  The trauma from the accident aggravated the client’s prior surgery area, causing her pain and suffering.   The responsible party, the insurance company, settled for $300,000.00 in compensation for the client’s injuries.
