Profile:
Mr. Hamilton lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and is the firm’s managing attorney for the personal injury cases arising in Nevada. Mr. Hamilton graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago in 1982 and is currently licensed to practice law in Nevada and Illinois and before the Federal courts in Nevada, Illinois, Iowa, Wisconsin and the U.S. Supreme Court.

You will meet with him in our Las Vegas office to initially discuss your case and he will be regularly updating you as your case progresses towards a successful resolution.

Mr. Hamilton has represented clients in the personal injury area of law for over 24 years. His practice has included most areas of litigation with emphasis in aviation, medical malpractice, product liability and general liability cases.

Unique Qualifications:
Mr. Hamilton has tried over 50 jury cases, over 100 bench trials and hundreds of mediations and arbitrations representing a wide variety of clients. His clients appreciate his complete and thorough case preparation and adaptability at trial which has lead to successful trial results.

Mr. Hamilton has been a licensed pilot for over 20 years and has handled numerous aviation cases in Nevada and Illinois. He has been an arbitrator for over 15 years and brings this experience to the handling of your case.
