Edward N. Morris received his J.D. from the De Paul University College of Law in Chicago, Illinois, graduating in the top 20% of his class.
Mr. Morris has practiced law continuously in California for the past 25 years emphasizing personal injury matters involving death and serious injury cases arising from automobile, motorcycle and truck accidents, products liability and medical malpractice. He has successfully tried numerous Personal Injury cases before juries in Los Angeles and Orange counties.
Further, Mr. Morris has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of Personal Injury cases over the last two decades. Accordingly, he knows first-hand how insurance companies place values on claims and this information is invaluable to you when he is seeking to obtain the maximum recovery possible for you and your family through negotiations with major insurance companies.
Mr. Morris also developed extensive law and motion experience in the California courts over the last 25 years. In addition to having tried many cases to a successful verdict in Los Angeles and Orange counties, Mr. Morris has handled numerous matters in the appellate courts of California.
His extensive Personal Injury Law background has drawn clients from many of California's counties, with an emphasis on matters arising in Los Angeles and Orange County.
He is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and California; and has been honorably admitted to practice before both the 7th and 9th Circuit U.S. Courts of Appeal and before all California State courts.
Mr. Morris lives in Irvine, California. He is married to Deborah Morris and they are the proud parents of three children. Mr. Morris has been involved in community activities in Irvine, California for the last several years, especially youth sports programs. He and his wife are also actively involved in "Canine Companions for Independence," a noble organization that provides companion dogs for wheelchair bound and developmentally disabled individuals.
